NOODLE KUGEL 
1/2 lb. broad noodles
2 eggs, beaten
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. chopped apples
1/4 tsp. cinnamon

Cook noodles in water until tender. Drain. Add rest of ingredients and stir. Pour in greased 8 1/2 or 9 inch square pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cut into squares. Serve hot. Great with salmon.
