ONION NOODLE KUGEL 
1 pkg. dry Goodmans onion soup mix or Lipton's
1 c. water
1 lb. pkg. Goodmans noodles, cooked & drained
6 eggs, beaten
4 tbsp. butter
Oil for coating

Blend onion soup mix and water. Heat to boiling and simmer until mixture thickens; cool. Add cooled onion mixture to beaten eggs and butter. Blend into noodles. Generously coat a 9 x 13 inch baking pan with oil. Preheat pan in oven at 325 degrees for 15 minutes. Turn noodle mixture into baking pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour, or until noodles are browned. Makes 10 to 12 servings.
