NOODLE KUGEL 
1/2 lb. broad noodles
1 lb. Ricotta or cottage cheese
1/2 c. raisins
3/4 c. chopped apples
1/3 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. cinnamon
Pinch of salt
2 tbsp. butter

Cook and drain noodles.

Blend cheese and noodles. Combine raisins, apples, sugar, eggs, cinnamon and salt; add to cheese and noodles.

Melt butter to grease casserole dish. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Serves 6.
