FROZEN CUCUMBER PICKLE RELISH 
8 c. sliced, peeled cucumbers
5 tsp. salt
1 c. thinly sliced onion rings
1 c. green peppers, chopped
1 c. celery, sliced
2 c. sugar
1 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. mustard seed
2 tsp. celery seed

Soak cucumbers in salt and water to cover for 30 minutes. Drain. Rinse in clean water. Drain. Mix all vegetables together. Place into freeze containers. Combine sugar, vinegar, mustard and celery seed. Mix well. Pour over vegetables to cover and freeze. Thaw before serving.
