1 c. water or coffee
1 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. mayonnaise (Miracle Whip)
1/2 c. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda

Sift flour, sugar, cocoa and salt together. Add mayonnaise, water or coffee and vanilla. Dissolve soda in some of the liquid before adding. Bake in layers, Bundt or loaf pan for 20-30 minutes at 375 degrees. Ice with your favorite white or chocolate frosting.
