HASH BROWN CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. Ore Ida hash browns
1/2 c. melted butter
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. sour cream
2 c. grated cheddar cheese

Set potatoes out into 13"x9" pan to thaw; set aside. Add all ingredients to melted butter. Mix well and pour over potatoes. Do not mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
