HASH BROWN CASSEROLE 
30 oz. pkg. Ore-Ida hash browns
3 c. half & half
1 stick butter
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. chopped onion (optional)

Grease 9x13 inch pan. Place a frozen hash browns and chopped onion in pan. Heat half & half, butter and salt in saucepan until butter is melted. Pour over hash browns. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or 350 degrees for 1 hour.
