HASH BROWN CASSEROLE 
32 oz. frozen hash browns
1/2 c. melted butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
12 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
1 carton (8 oz.) sour cream
Salt to taste
1/2 sm. chopped onion

Spread hash browns in 9x12 baking dish. Mix all other ingredients and spread over potatoes. Bake 45 minutes in 350 degree oven.
