GINGER MOLD 
2 pkgs. orange jello
1 1/3 c. ginger ale (cold)
2 c. pear juice (hot)
1/3 c. Chivers ginger marmalade (may substitute apricot preserves if you wish)
Juice of 1/4 lemon
1 lg. can pear halves (halved again)
1/4 c. chopped walnuts

Mix together and put in wet mold. Add pears and chill until firm (overnight)
