GINGER-UPPER 
1 pkg. (3 oz.) raspberry or lemon-lime gelatin
1 c. boiling water
1 c. ginger ale
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. diced fresh pears, diced canned pears may be used drain well

Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Add lemon juice and ginger ale. Chill until very thick. Add pears to Jello, mix well, then spoon into mold. Chill until firm. Unmold. Makes 3 cups or 6 servings. Only 93 calories per serving if fresh pears are used.
