FRUIT LIME LOAF 
2 pkgs. lime jello
2 c. boiling water
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 c. cold water
1 can mandarin oranges, drained (11 oz.)
8 1/2 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained

Dissolve jello in boiling water. Beat cheese until light and fluffy; gradually beat in gelatin until well blended. Stir in cold water. Chill until slightly thickened. Fold in fruits. Pour into 9 x 5 x 3 inch pan. Chill until firm. Delicious!
