FROSTY FRUIT LOAF | |
1 (30 oz.) can fruit cocktail 1 env. unflavored gelatin 1/2 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise 1 (10 oz.) pkg. sweetened strawberries, crushed 1/2 c. Karo light corn syrup 1 (8 oz.) plain yogurt Drain fruit reserve 1/2 cup. In saucepan sprinkle gelatin over syrup, low heat to dissolve. Beat in mayonnaise, stir in berries and syrup. Chill until it mounds when dropped from spoon. Fold in fruit and yogurt 9 inch loaf pan and freeze. |
