POTATOES AND RICE 
6 med. size potatoes
1/4 c. minute rice
Salt and pepper to taste
3 eggs
1 sm. can condensed milk
1/4 lb. bacon, cut in sm. pieces
Med. sized onions

Fry bacon and partially cook onion, then cover bottom of pan with half this mixture. Pour in grated potatoes; cover with the rest of the bacon and bacon drippings. Bake at 325 degrees about 1 hour. Serve with sour cream.
