HOMEMADE BREAD - WHOLE WHEAT 
4 pkgs. yeast (Fleischmann's)
5 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. Mazola oil
6 c. white flour
6 c. whole wheat flour
6 c. warm water

Put 4 yeast cakes in warm water, with 1 teaspoon sugar. White bread can be made (12 cups white flour). Put 6 cups white flour and 6 cups whole wheat flour in a big pan, add 5 teaspoons salt, 1/2 cup sugar, and 1/2 cup oil in flour well. Then add 6 cups of water and the yeast cakes. Mix well for about 30 minutes. Let raise for 1 hour, push down and let raise again then make into loaves, 1 1/2 pound each makes 5 loaves if rolls are not made. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes, then 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Rolls 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
