SCALLOPS WITH LINGUINE AND BACON 
5 strips bacon
6 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped green pepper
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
12 oz. sea scallops (halved or quartered)
12 oz. linguine

Cook bacon, drain on paper towels and crush into bits. Heat oil in skillet. Add onion and saute until tender, about 5 minutes. Stir in green pepper, garlic, red pepper and saute 2 minutes. Add scallops and saute over high heat until cooked through, about 3-5 minutes. Add bacon.

Meanwhile, cook linguine according to directions. Drain and toss with the scallop mixture.
