CUSTARD PUMPKIN PIE 
2 1/4 c. pumpkin
2 1/4 c. sugar
3 egg yolks
3 tbsp. cornstarch
3 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. salt

Mix all of the above together. Add 1 can evaporated milk and 3 cups water. Mix well.

Beat 3 egg whites with 1 1/2 tablespoons water, not too stiff. Stir into pumpkin mixture. Pour into unbaked pie shell.

Bake at 350 degrees until done.
