PUMPKIN CUSTARD PIE | |
1 lg. can solid pack pumpkin 3 c. sugar 1 1/2 tsp. sugar 7 tbsp. flour 6 eggs (Egg Beaters work, also) 5 c. whole milk 1 1/2 tsp. nutmeg Salt & pepper Mix all together, adding milk last. Can make it fluffy by beating egg whites separately and folding them in last. Bake at 350 degrees until knife comes out clean. Makes 3 pies. |
