PUMPKIN CUSTARD PIE 
1 c. strained pumpkin
8 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
Pinch of salt
3 tbsp. flour
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/2 c. milk

Mix all ingredients together thoroughly. Pour into crust. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes. Turn the oven down to 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes until done. Use a 9 inch pie pan.
