PUMPKIN CUSTARD PIE 
2 c. canned pumpkin
1 can evaporated milk
1 c. milk
1/3 c. brown sugar
2/3 c. white sugar
4 eggs
Pinch of salt
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spices

Mix all ingredients together. Pour into unbaked pie shells, bake at 375 degrees for about 40 minutes or until knife comes out clean. Makes 2 (9 inch) pies. Serve garnished with whipped cream or Cool Whip.
