GREEN CHILI | |
2 lb. pork cubes (floured) 1 can (big) whole green chili 1 can tomatoes Brown meat, drain the fat and add 1 teaspoon of garlic powder and 1 small onion and a pinch of oregano. Remove the meat and leave the fat drippings and add 1 teaspoon of flour and 1 cup of water to make gravy. Then add 1 can of tomatoes, 1 can green chile and gravy; let cook 40 minutes. |
