GREEN CHILI BURROS 
1 lg. (12) pkg. flour tortillas
2 lbs. stew beef
1 onion
1 sm. can chilies
Seasoning: Salt, pepper & garlic salt

Season and brown (flour) meat; add onion and water and let cook for 3 to 4 hours, adding water if necessary. Remove meat from pan (leaving juice); tear meat into pieces. Mix flour with hot water and add to heated juice to make gravy. Cut green chilies up and add meat and chili to gravy and simmer for 1 hour. Heat tortillas until soft. Add mixture at one end or tortilla, roll once, fold in sides and finish rolling, laying open side down.
