CHILI BREAKFAST WHIRLS 
4 c. biscuit mix
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 c. milk
1 lb. hot pork sausage
1 lb. regular pork sausage
1 1/2 c. green chili, chopped

Mix biscuit mix, butter, and milk. Refrigerate 1/2 hour. Mix sausage and green chili; let stand to room temperature.

Divide dough in half. Roll out each piece of dough to a large rectangle, 1/4- inch thick. Spread half of sausage mixture completely over each piece of dough. Roll up as for a jelly roll.

Wrap in plastic wrap and freeze for 1 hour. Remove from freezer and slice 1/3- inch thick. Freeze until ready for use. Place frozen slices on cookie sheet and bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Also makes a great appetizer.
