SWISS VEGETABLES 
1 bag frozen vegetables, thawed & drained (broccoli, carrots & cauliflower combo)
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1/3 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 can French fried onions

Combine all ingredients except 1/2 cup cheese and 1/2 can French fried onions. Pour in shallow 1 quart casserole. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until vegetables are done. Top with remaining cheese and onions; bake uncovered 5 minutes or until golden.
