BUD'S NEBRASKA GOULASH 
1 1/2 lbs. ground chuck
1/2 lg. onion, chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 can tomato soup
1/2 c. catsup
1/4 lb. cheddar cheese, shredded
1 jalapeno pepper, chopped fine

Brown chuck in an iron frying pan. Pour off any fat. Add onion, celery and pepper. Cook until onion and celery are tender. Add tomato soup and catsup. Mix well and add cheese and cook until cheese is melted. Add 1 1/2 cups cooked macaroni. Serve with a green salad and crusty French bread.
