BARBEQUE CHICKEN SAUSAGE 
6 chicken sausages
1 onion
1 garlic
celery
leeks
5 tomatoes
2 teaspoons soy sauce
4 red chilli
salt to taste

Cut the chicken sausage flower shape and deep fry keep separate.

Cook the other ingredients together and make puree (bar be que sauce).

In a frying pan add 03 spoon of sauce put the fryed sausage in the sauce add finely chopped parsley.
