EASY OVEN MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1 egg
1/2 can of large evaporated milk
3 slices of bread, shredded

Make ice cream scoop size meatballs (about 12). Mix together 1 can cream of onion soup and 1 can chicken gumbo soup. Pour over meatballs in 9 x 13 pan. Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 1 hour and then 1/2 hour at 350 degrees. Good gravy for mashed potatoes.
