OVEN MEATBALLS 
2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs (3 slices bread)
2 eggs

Combine all ingredients; mix lightly but thoroughly. Shape into 4 dozen small balls, about 1 inch in diameter. Place in a 15 1/2- x 10 1/2- x 1-inch baking pan. Brown in moderate oven at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Divide meatballs and freeze part of them or serve all at once in either sweet and sour sauce or barbecue sauce.

BARBECUE SAUCE:

1/2 c. catsup
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. light molasses
1 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. water

Combine all ingredients in saucepan. Simmer uncovered for 15 minutes. Add 1/4 recipe (12) oven meatballs; heat through. Serve in chafing dish, if desired.

SWEET AND SOUR SAUCE:

1 c. unsweetened pineapple juice
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 c. catsup
1/4 c. white wine vinegar
1/3 c. brown sugar
