MEATBALL OVEN DINNER 
1 lb. ground beef
2 tbsp. chopped onion
2 tbsp. chopped green pepper, optional
1/4 c. cornmeal
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. flour
2 tbsp. fat
2 c. tomato or V-8 juice
3 potatoes, quartered
2 onions, cut in lg. pieces
Salt and pepper to taste

Combine first 9 ingredients and form 12 meatballs. Sprinkle with flour and brown in hot fat. Place in casserole; add onions and potatoes. To fat in skillet add remaining flour; blend and add juice. Cook until thick; pour over meatballs, potatoes and onions. Cover and bake 2 1/2 hours at 350. (Or cook onions and potatoes first and reduce cooking time to 1 hour.)
