SOUR CREAM WALNUTS 
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. sour cream or plain yogurt
1 lb. walnuts

In large saucepan, combine sugar and sour cream. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil until mixture reaches soft ball stage. Add nuts and stir for 4-5 minutes to coat nuts completely. Spread out on wax paper and let cool. Break up into individual nut meats when cool and store in airtight container.
