EYE OF ROUND ROAST 
eye of round roast
salt and pepper
rosemary
garlic cloves

Make slits in roast and place garlic in slits (scatter the slits). Rub roast with oil, salt, pepper and rosemary. Place roast in baking pan or dish with about 1/2 cup or so of water in bottom. Keep moist.

Bake 2 1/2 hours at 350°F. This is one of my favorite recipes as it is so easy.
