EYE ROUND ROAST MARINADE 
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 c. orange juice
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 1/2 - 3 lb. eye of round roast
Salt & pepper

Put roast in plastic bag with marinade. Refrigerate overnight or at room temperature for 3 hours. Uncovered in pan, brown meat; then add marinade. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cover and cook 2 1/2 to 3 hours at 350 degrees.
