OVEN-CARAMEL CORN 
2 c. light brown sugar
1/2 c. white Karo syrup
1 c. butter
1 tsp. salt

Pop enough corn to make 5 quarts. Put above ingredients in 2-quart saucepan. Bring to boil and boil for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add 1/2 teaspoon baking soda. Stir until dissolved. Add vanilla. Pour over popcorn and nuts. Bake for 2 hours at 200 degrees.
