OVEN-BAKE CARAMEL CORN 
2 c. brown sugar
1 c. butter
1/2 c. white syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. baking soda
12 to 16 c. popped popcorn

Combine brown sugar, butter, syrup and salt. Boil 5 minutes. Stir in vanilla and soda. Pour over popcorn in large pan and put in oven for 1 hour at 200 degrees. Stir every 15 minutes. Then while cooling, break up with hands. Store in covered containers.

If using less corn syrup, bake at 250 degrees for 1 hour.
