EGG CASSEROLE 
6-8 hard boiled eggs, halved
6-8 slices boiled ham (deli)
1 tbsp. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. grated onion

SAUCE:

2 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. flour
Dash salt & pepper
1 1/2 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese
2 cans asparagus

Mix egg yolks with mayonnaise, mustard and onion. Stuff eggs. Make sauce of milk, butter, flour, salt and pepper and cheese. In 9"x13" pan place slice of ham folded over 2 asparagus. Put 2 egg halves on top of ham. Cover with cream sauce. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Good for brunch. Serves 6 to 8.
