REUBEN TATER BAKE 
1 can (16 oz.) sauerkraut, drained
1/4 c. chopped onions
1/4 c. snipped parsley
1/2 to 1 tsp. caraway seed
8 slices processed Swiss cheese
1/2 c. Thousand Island dressing
8 oz. sliced corn beef
2 c. frozen Ore-Ida crispy crowns (with or without onions)

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease a shallow 8 inch square baking dish. Place sauerkraut, onions, parsley, and caraway seeds in baking dish and mix lightly. Spread mixture out in bottom of baking dish.

Layer the following in this order: 4 slices of cheese, 1/4 cup salad dressing, corn beef, 4 slices of cheese, 1/4 cup salad dressing and frozen crispy crowns.

Bake 35 minutes or until hot and bubbly in the center. Yield: 4 to 6 servings.
