Worcestershire sauce 2 or 3 tbsp. brown sugar 1 tsp. prepared mustard 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper Melt butter, add onion and cook until browned. Add remaining ingredients and cook 20 minutes. Makes about 2 1/4 cups. Use with 3 pounds meat. Chicken, ribs or meatballs. When I make ribs (pork) I bake ribs about 1 hour and drain fat and ribs on paper towels. Pour sauce over and bake another hour at 325 degrees. Enjoy!! |
