PEACH SOUFFLE 
1 can peaches
1/2 loaf light bread crumbs
1 stick butter
1 tbsp. vanilla flavor
1 1/2 c. sugar

Place one layer of peaches, one layer of crumbs, butter, sugar and flour. Pour juice over all. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly. Easy to make. Tastes like ice cream.
