ROAST BEEF SALAD 
1 lb. roast beef, cut into thin strips
8 stalks celery, chopped
6 green onions, chopped
1 tsp. capers, chopped
Any brand Dijon style salad dressing of choice
Salt & pepper, to taste

Place meat and vegetables in bowl. Chill. Toss dressing with meat and vegetables. Serves 3-4.
