Leftover Roast Beef Salad
 #67905
 Betty (Ohio) says:
When I make this dish, I only add mayonnaise, sweet pickle relish and peanut butter. Food process the beef, and add all other ingredients to consistency/flavor. Sometimes, if I have leftover carrots from a the pot roast, I will chop them up and add them too. This recipe was my great-grandmothers, and my family has eaten it since I was little. Enjoy!
