TO USE LEFTOVER ROAST BEEF 
1/2 c. tomato juice
1/4 c. water
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. catsup
1 tbsp. Worcestershire
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. chili powder
About 2 lb. roast, sliced very thin

Mix ingredients. Heat to simmer. Add sliced beef and simmer 1 hour. Serve on hamburger buns.
