STEAKS FROM LEFTOVERS ROAST BEEF | |
1 jar (about) 1 lb. sliced pickled beets, well drained 2 cans about 3 oz. each potato sticks Bottled coleslaw dressing 1. Blend butter with horseradish in small bowl. Spread on bread. 2. Lay 2 slices of beef, overlapping on each bread slices. Sprinkle with parsley. 3. Arrange each open face sandwich on a serving plate with a wedge of lettuce, beets and potato sticks. Serve with Coleslaw Dressing. |
