SWEET AND SOUR CHICKEN 
1 bottle Russian dressing
1 pkg. onion soup mix (e.g., Lipton dry onion soup mix)
1 sm. jar apricot preserves
Boneless chicken -- as much as you need to feed whatever number of people

Place chicken in an oiled baking pan. Cover with other ingredients. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees F.

(Also works well in the crock-pot and microwave.)

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
