SWEET AND SOUR CHICKEN WINGS 
10 to 12 chicken wings
1/4 c. chicken broth or bouillon
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. catsup
1/2 c. cider vinegar
1 tsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. accent
cornstarch
1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt

Cut tips from chicken wings and discard. Separate wing and drummie. Dip each piece in egg and then into cornstarch to which garlic salt has been added. Brown in fry pan. Make sauce of remaining ingredients. Place chicken wings in 10 X 10 pan. Cover with sauce and bake at 375°F for 40 to 45 minutes.

Great for main dish at supper or for party appetizers.
