EASY SWEET AND SOUR CHICKEN 
1 boiled chicken
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire
1 c. water
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 can pineapple chunks
1 green pepper, cut in chunks

Tear chicken in pieces. Mix flour and water; add all ingredients. Pour mixture into large covered baking dish. Bake 45 minutes at 400 degrees. Serve over white rice.
