BLACK BEAN SALSA 
1 can black beans, drained
1 can niblet corn, drained
1 small tomato, chopped
1/2 red pepper, chopped
1/4 c. red onion, chopped
2 jalapenos, chopped
1 Tbsp. chopped garlic
1/4 English cucumber, chopped
1/2 c. chopped cilantro
juice of 1/2 lime
big squeeze Gourmet Garden chili pepper spice blend (Kroger produce section)
1 tbsp. Karo syrup
salt, to taste

Mix all ingredients together and chill for at least 2 hours before serving. Serve with tortilla chips.
