SQUASH PIE 
2 c. cooked drained squash
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
3 tbsp. self-rising flour
Pinch of salt
2 tsp. coconut flavoring
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 stick butter

Mix well, put in 9-inch pie crust. Cook at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
