FRENCH CUT GREEN BEANS IN WHITE
SAUCE
 
1 pkg. frozen French cut green beans
2 to 3 c. cooked pasta (your choice)
Sm. red onion, sliced very thin
Sm. jar of sliced button mushrooms
2-3 c. white sauce
Spices (to your liking)

Cook pasta and drain. In casserole add all ingredients. (Can top with sliced almonds). Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 30 minutes or until all vegetables are tender.

WHITE SAUCE:

1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. flour
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Melt butter in saucepan over low heat or in top of double boiler over boiling water. Blend in flour. Gradually add milk. Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened. Season.
