2 eggs

2/3 c. salad oil
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. grated lemon peel

3/4 c. sugar

2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt

Drop by teaspoon. Flatten with glass dipped in sugar. Bake at 400 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
