STIR DROP COOKIES 
2 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
2/3 c. salad oil
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. grated lemon rind
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder

Beat eggs with fork until well blended. Stir in oil, vanilla and lemon. Blend in sugar until it thickens. Sift together flour, baking powder and salt.

Stir 2 mixtures together. Drop by teaspoonfuls about 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Stamp each cookie flat with bottom of glass, after dipping glass bottom in oil and then in sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
