SWISS SPINACH BAKE 
1 (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach
1 egg
1/3 c. milk
1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. instant minced onion
Dash of pepper

Heat oven to 325 degrees. In medium saucepan, cook spinach with out salt, as directed on package. Drain well, pressing with fork. In 1 quart casserole dish, beat egg. Stir in remaining ingredients and spinach. Bake uncovered for 30 to 35 minutes or until center is hot and set.

TO DOUBLE: Bake in 1 1/2 quart casserole for 45 to 50 minutes.

TO MAKE AHEAD: Prepare to, cool and refrigerate up to 1 day. As mixture is cold, increase baking time 5 to 10 minutes. Serves 3 to 4.
